◆Development background

The newly launched "SALAD TO GO" is Bell Farm Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Chiyoko Suzuki, hereafter "Bell We use organic juice from the farm. Bell Farm's green juice and carrot juice are products that follow an integrated production system from growing vegetables at our own farm that has acquired organic JAS certification to production at our own factory, and have been used by many people for a long time since our establishment in 1989. I am loved. Bellfarm's organic juice is made using carefully selected ingredients and gently squeezed using a patented manufacturing method, and the residue*4 contains a lot of nutrients. Based on Bell Farm's desire for customers to eat the whole thing, including the seeds and skin, Tokyo Bar has collaborated with Bell Farm to utilize the residue after squeezing organic juice, retaining its rich nutrients. We have developed ``SALAD TO GO'' that takes advantage of the sweetness, umami, and texture of the ingredients.

Based on the concept of ``portable salads,'' crackers and granola plates are easy and delicious ways to incorporate nutrients that would otherwise be required in large quantities if they were vegetables themselves. It's surprisingly delicious and rich in dietary fiber, making it perfect for people who want to eat vegetables more easily or who are concerned about not getting enough vegetables.

Initially, it will be available in a total of four items: carrot crackers and three flavors of granola.

Gluten-free crackers that use organic carrot juice produced by Bell Farm to bring out the natural sweetness of carrots.

It is rich in dietary fiber and vitamin A, with 6 slices containing the same amount of dietary fiber as one carrot, and one bag containing the same amount of dietary fiber as about 2 carrots.
