[Made by an Italian chef] Bolognese pasta

[ Recipe ( for 2 people) ]

The amount of sauce is generous.

  • 50 g dried pea meat
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3/1 carrot
  • 1/3 stick of celery
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50cc of red wine
  • ☆Laurier (small size)
  • ☆Tomato sauce 400g
  • ☆Tomato ketchup 50g
  • ☆ Worcestershire sauce 15g
  • ☆ a pinch of pepper
  • ☆ 8g of salt
  • ☆ a pinch of nutmeg
  • ☆Fried onions 10g
  • ☆Water 200cc
  • 200g spaghetti
  • a little olive oil

1. Soak the dried pea meat in boiling water and lightly squeeze out the water.

2. Finely chop the onion, carrot, and celery, add oil to a pan, and fry over low heat for about 10 minutes.

3. Mince the garlic, add a little oil to the pot, and fry over low heat until fragrant. When it smells fragrant, add the reconstituted soy meat. After seasoning with a little salt and pepper, add red wine and stir-fry over low heat until the water evaporates.

Combine the stir-fried vegetables in 2 in the pan of 4.3 and add all the ☆ seasonings.

After simmering for 10 minutes, the sauce is ready.

5. Add olive oil to the boiled spaghetti so that the noodles do not stick together.
